Tui Na is method of Chinese bodywork characterized by the smooth gliding or rolling movements of the hands & arms. Through Tui (push) & Na (grasp), kneading, pressing, rolling, shaking & stretching of the skin & muscles, acupoints are opened. This realigns the natural flow of energy (Qi) in the musculo-tendoneous pathways, or meridians.

Tui Na techniques are used to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal & internal organ disorders by dispersing stagnation in the meridians & promoting the circulation of Qi into deficient areas.
