THERAPEUTIC ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils capture the pure essence, or Jing, of plants. They represent the plant’s natural intelligence, its ability to adapt, protect, and heal. For thousands of years, plants have produced these powerful compounds in response to their environment, acting as their own form of immune system.
At SHAIOM, we use Therapeutic Essential Oils to help restore balance and correct imbalances on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. When used properly, they can support the body’s natural defenses, calm the mind, and promote an overall sense of well-being.
Our focus is to treat the root cause of discomfort rather than simply addressing symptoms. Each session is customized to the individual to ensure a deep and lasting healing process.
Every 60- or 90-minute session may include injury prevention, therapeutic movement guidance, and dietary recommendations based on Chinese Medicine principles. We may also incorporate therapeutic essential oil blends applied to specific acupoints, and suggest gentle Qi Gong exercises to support continued balance and well-being.
